Thanks to all who came out to hear the amazing concert I sang in on Mother's Day. Center City Opera Company put on a show of familiar arias and ensembles. I am honored to have been a part of the concert.
I was to sing the National Anthem last night for the St. Paul Saints game. Sadly, mother nature won and the game was cancelled because of the rain. Hopefully, they are able to work me into the season.

I'm so excited to finally perform one of my favorite roles, Donna Elvira, with a great new company:
Twin Cities Fringe Opera
Donna Elvira, besides being incredibly fun to sing, runs the gamut of emotions. After all, haven't we all had that one relationship we just can't let go of even when we know it's bad for us? So, come support a new company and hear some great singing.

We have just wrapped the final show of Flakes in this year's MN Fringe Festival. Another great experience that was both challenging and rewarding in so many ways. Thanks to Todd and Pamela Russell for the opportunity, and to the entire cast!
Come see my upcoming performance at the MN Fringe. I play a hypochondriac named Farah, (excellent name) who sings everything! Lots of laughs.
Flakes: The Musical
Can the hot romance of Star and Chance survive this madness? Will Dr. Cox steal the heart of Nurse Tiffany?
A bad script and cheesy songs plaque the stage in this wild romp through the city of love.

This past week I was asked to perform as part of the Minneapolis screening of Becoming Traviata, the 2012 documentary film from director Philippe Béziat. Singing the role of Violetta, I performed several excerpts in a casual environment prior to the screening.
Late notice, but you can hear me singing Violetta today at 4:30 p.m. with Coro and Sonomento on 99.5 KSJN.
Come hear an in-your-face performance featuring excerpts from the great operas of Verdi. If you are new to opera, this will be a great way to experience a variety of his works. It's like a mini buffet of opera.
I will be featured as Violetta from "La Traviata" and Leonore from "Il Trovatore". It will be a great night of music and I hope to see you there.
Seriously, look at that face, how could you not want to hear his music!

This past week a group of performers had the opportunity to gather for a live recording in the MPR studios in St Paul, MN. We were presenting a glimpse into an upcoming collaboration with members of Sonomento and Coro, two of Minneapolis' premiere choral ensembles. We sang a few pieces from the upcoming show happening June 7th, at McPhail Center for Music. The promo will air on MPR, with Steve Staruch, the first week of June. I've posted a recordning of the second act finale from Traviata of which I sang the role of Violeta. I hope you all can come and enjoy the show!

Thank you for your support.
I had the honor to sign with Chorus Polaris this weekend. We performed Duruflé Requiem. This was my first experience with this music and it is wonderfully composed and a thrill to perform.
